All Rituals stores are missing from the client list, except Chinese stores. Behaviour reproducing on other accounts as well

I try to find all Hallo contracts in the Pollux portal for RRE-UK. But it seems like only China related contracts are shown. When I search on RRE-UK it shows no results and when I filter only on W70B, it also says no results.
